Free Resources Network was created by Sally Ann Hart
Over the last few months I keep discovering lots of wonderful free resources available on line that can help people working to with children, young people, adults and families. Lots of these fit well with the idea of empowerment and safety especially if the person using them can add any Language of Safety edits.

I then got to thinking how it might feel really helpful if people could find them in one place so this Forum could perhaps fit the bill.

The first sites that I find a lot of helpful free material on are:
www.saferinternet.org.uk/advice-and-resources (an extension of the South West Grid for Learning)
www.nwgnetwork.org/resources/resourcespublic (The National Working Group formerly The National Working Group for Sexually Exploited Children & Young People)
www.asknormen.co.uk/ (Ask Normen - Northamptonshire's Mental Health Gateway

Please feel free to add to this list so we can signpost people to high quality free resources and therefore overcome some of the financial barriers to accessing materials.

PS Thanks Judith for highlighting via Twitter that the Trust Me resource will be available from 19th May 2016 :cheer:

A quick update as keep finding fab resources highlighted on Twitter by Social Work Toolkit (@socialworktools) Once again some will need editing in line with the Language of Safety, but great to be able to save the images and then adapt to suit individuals and situations.
